What is a boutique title company? “Boutique” generally refers to a small, specialist store of (often luxury) goods or services of any kind catering to a specialized market.

For 30 years we have provided tailored real estate legal, title and document services. Hocker Title offers the expertise and capabilities of a large title company with a customer service approach only a boutique can provide. Our specialized market is unique and diverse:

The investor—local, national or international. We specialize in investor transactions; we understand timeliness, details, processes and chain of command. We close by email, overnight mail or direct. We understand the sensitive, delicate and or complex nature of these types of transactions. We have attorneys on site so that we can ensure that all legal requirements are met for your transaction to close smoothly in the State of Indiana.

The Realtor/Broker—whether new or experienced, not every Realtor has a “tried and true” mentor that they can ask any question. Sometimes you don’t want to ask your broker or mentor. We cater to Realtors that appreciate the assistance of the title company in all steps of the transaction and not just the closing. We are your assistant to closing your transaction timely—making you look good and getting to the closing table as soon as possible.

The Lender—local or international: our experience with lenders spans more than 300 community banks, mortgage companies, credit unions and private lending institutions. We implement ALTA Best Practices to ensure that all lenders can be assured they are compliant with third-party vendor compliance through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

The Government—As a long-term approved contractor for work with the US Government, we understand Work Orders, Pricing Schedules, invoicing and compliance and are qualified to handle real estate transactions for multiple government entities.
